SAIEM is one of the sponsors of the Politecnico of Turin Students Car Racing Team to whom it has been supplied some structural Titanium parts that have been installed in their racing car.

The cooperation has allowed to make some analisys about some parameters that SAIEM has studied and developped thanks to its Engineering team.

Last 2018 SAIEM contributed to a case study lead by Università of Genoa (chemicals department), together with TAV (a company working in the surface treatments) regarding the stainless steel AISI 316_L corrosion after various kind of acids attacks. 

AMiCE: thanks to Università of Genova, we are Partners of such a European project, focused on the Additive Manufacturing development.
